DELIVERIES AND WITHDRAWALS

 

The total delivery time is calculated from:

receipt of payment, print data upload, production time and shipping time.

 

To this end, the following must be taken into account:

Payment: prepayment is the only method of payment, production does not start until payment has been received. Please take this into account when calculating deadlines. If you want to pay cash, send us an email with the items you want to buy. We will prepare the order for you to pick it up.

Production times: These vary from item to item and depend on your selection on the product page. You will find an overview on the page "Production time".

Shipping: Shipping depends on the time frame you choose (standard or priority). For more information, please see  "Shipping Information".

PRODUCTION TIME

 

The production times indicated are indicative and may be extended depending on the availability of components. The effective deadline is announced on the order confirmation.

Approximate times:

Components and spare parts: 1 to 2 days

Tailor-made mosquito nets: 1 to 2 weeks

Canvas blinds: 2 to 3 weeks

MANUFACTURING

 

The quality of the products we sell is of paramount importance to us. The assembly of our finished products respects very strict rules in order to guarantee optimal performance in terms of use and in terms of its longevity. Likewise, the components used - mostly made in Switzerland - are developed and selected to guarantee these attributes.

RETOUR UNDER 30 DAYS AND WARRANTY

 

Contact us immediately if you detect a defect or damage. We will agree, depending on the problem, on the most appropriate way to proceed. The 2-year SIA warranty applies, unless otherwise stated in the product description, and according to our general conditions.

 

In any case, you can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. Use the form on the contact page indicating your order number and the reason for return to inform us of the return. Upon receipt of the material we will refund the cost of these items. Equipment damaged during assembly or showing traces of use cannot be taken back.
